"Hands? Wait - Tiffany, can I use yours?"
Great, thank you, very good!! And now put it, finger pointing down, on the “Comment” button, and let me know! Is there anybody out there? Anybody at all?? (Besides the wonderful folks who have done so already ~ thanks, Dad!)

Dear Tina,
thanks so much for the pictures of Kourium and the trip to Kykkos monastery. Hannes and Marco also wanted to have the link to the album.
Istanbul is a city worth visiting for its musical variety, not like the locations in limassol that were all closed in the evening.
Keep on blogging,
Matrin

Hi, Martin and Co! Sure, happy to share the pics. And thanks again for sharing the field trips with me, too — great fun! Hugs, *T*

Hi Tina,
Just recently added your blog to my Google Reader so am following along! I spent five months traveling through Europe with my family when I was eighteen then back again at twenty five. Never made it so far south so am enjoying reading about your adventures. Would love to see Greece and Turkey someday.
Happy travels!
Kathy

Hey, Kathy! Great to hear from you, glad you’re enjoying! Hope your family’s all well and enjoying winter. Yes, traveling is my wonder drug — keeps me in wonder and awe of life. Thanks for writing!

Hi Tina, glad to get your email and had to check your blog site. Sounds like you are having a good mix of adventure and “work”. Just finished a historical novel on the Crusades that took place in the area and the their adventures on Cyprus.
( Standard of Honor by Jack White) Fun to see some pictures of the area. I just attended a weekend retreat at Mt Angel on traditional ways on meditation, mostly Celtic and some Jewish and Native American practices. What a lot to take in one weekend. Followup is a class on Anam Cara or soul friends. Yoga Nidra at the beach?!! Sounds wonderful. Take care. Judy

Thank you for writing, Judy! Those classes sound great, too. Yes, Cyprus has been a bone fought over for centuries, by just about everybody. The ancient ruins here are wonderful, though. And yes, the beach idea just needs a venue — let me know if you have any ideas!

Hi Tina!
I’m busy planning my summer camp schedule & I’m hoping to add you to my Ladies Retreat weekend! Dates for now are July 9-11 & September 3-5.
Sounds as though the trip is turning out to be as wonderful as you had hoped it would! I’m looking forward to your return & to having you share all about your adventures! You’ll need to have a photo & memory sharing time for a bunch of us!
We celebrated Emily’s 18th Bday yesterday, Jim & I are slowly coming to terms with it, while Emily is loving it!
The usual, mud & wet days for me, had a kidney stone episode, a back outa whack episode & vertigo…all seems well for now though!
We all miss you, but it’s ok since you are having so much FUN!!

Lynn, wonderful to hear from you!! I missed you there, just before I left. Yes, kids growing up is kinda scary; you just get the hang of it, and it’s over! Sorry to hear your body troubles – I know, it’s all my fault for leaving you, I know I know…And yay, I’d love to do those camps with you! Those dates are good, too; thanks for the heads-up, as I am scheduling now. Keep me posted! And thanks for the kind words. You must be about ready to head out to Mexico?

Hey Tina,
Just got caught up on your blog. It sounds like you continue to have amazing adventures. I honor your spirit and fearlessness! I’m still learning my new computer and had lost your blog somewhere…. Appreciate your writing. You have such an ability to express in words your present reality. Thank you!
Miss you. Not sure what you are doing when you return but if you need to park here for awhile you are always welcome! Have become addicted to Udon noodles with kale or bok choy and gomashio, so you are frequently in my thoughts.
Namaste, pamela.

Pamela! I was just about to rattle your cage! Thank you for writing, and your kind words, and for thinking of me when noodling. Upon my return, I will bring you knowledge of dakos and halloumi… And thanks for the housing offer, again! My own house should have a room for me then, though. Wonderful to hear from you ~ hugs!

OK, this is the second phase of the test. This reply, without having checked the “send me email” box on my comment: does it come to me as an email? Let’s find out!

This is wonderful, Tina. Thank you so much! I was wary of couch surfing before. Now I’m really intrigued.
